How do I upload photos to my profile?

There is no upload link any where on the profile page.

Ajax_loader_small Answer

Visit your Profile page. Then, click on Profile Photos. Finally, click "Upload Profile Photo".

I did upload profile photo - and it uploaded - but it does not upload on my profile!

almost a year later and this is not answered and also it STILL does not work?  How do you Change to a newly uploaded profile picture, OR delete an old profile picture so hopeully the one that is left becomes the new default?   Guys are there any programmers working there fixing this stuff?
