I'd like to publish an event and have it visible in the patch for many town's, e.g. Morristown, Madison and others. If I publish it under Morristown it doesn't show up under Madison. How do I make it visible to multple patches?

I too would like to ad an event/reunion on multiple patch towns. Actually all over New England.
Hi Ken & Karen,
If you'd like to list an event or an announcement on multiple sites you'd have to post it individually. You could reach out to the Morristown editor and ask if she could forward it to other sites in the region but that would be at their discretion.
Thanks for participating in Patch!
I think that's ridiculous. You should be able to post to nearby Patches, at the very least.
Yeah, that's a horrible system. Sometimes there's an event going on in town X, which has the only live music venue in a 5 mile radius. Shouldn't the Patches in Y and Z be able to see it? In fact I HAVE seen this on some Patches. So how is it done? Make Patch useful, not useless.
I agree-you should be able to access at least 5 other contiguous communities. jmgd Akron
I live in Newbridge in the Assisted Living building. I am looking for someone or a few people who would be willing to give us at Newbridge sewing help. This is for sewing buttons, sewing hems of clothing too, and more. Please be in contact w/me.
I'm new here but also want to express my frustration with this point. My event is in Lambertville, NJ which has no patch. So I had to submit my event to the surrounding towns: Doylestown, PA, Newtown, PA, Hillsborough, NJ, Princeton, NJ and Lawrenceville, NJ
Since each even has an address associated with it, the event calendar should be able to find nearby events regardless of what patch was used to add it..
It looks like nothing has changed to improve this since Josh posted an answer in 2011. Very little in my metropolitan area is confined to one community's area. Being able to select multiple Patch issues for one event would be very helpful.
