I've been able to log into Patch to comment in the past and now can't.

I've been trying to log in to comment on an article and can't.  I've spent around 20 minutes going back and forth from an email sent by Patch to create a password and back to the Patch news just to be denied logging in yet again.  The one place the email from Patch allows me to log into is the Help page, but the login doesn't carry over to the regular Patch news.  Where am I going wrong?

Internet Explorer does not recognize "support@patch.com"

Nor any other "patch.com".
