Not to worry! You're super close to signing in to your Patch account.  You'll need to click the activation link in the confirmation email that was sent to you right after you signed up.  The email is sent to your email address immediately after you sign up, from the email address "noreply@patch.com," with the subject line "Verify your Patch account."
