I signed up for daily Patch newsletters for several towns. One day, they just stopped being sent to me. I signed up for newsletters again and I still don't get them. Anyone have a reason for why this is happening? Or a suggestion of how I can get newsletters again? Here are the towns (all in New Jersey) whose newsletters I would like to receive.
Fair Lawn
Fort Lee
Hasbrouck Heights
Hoboken
Mahwah
Montclair
Morristown
New Milford
Parmaus
Ridgewood- Glen Rock
River Dell
Teaneck
Wayne
Westwood- Hillsdale
Wyckoff- Franklin Lakes

I started having problems with this in late June for Pine-Richland. I realize some Comcast customers had problems. But that was not my issue.
The Help Desk told me the newsletters were being hard bounced by the email provider.
Now I'm having weird problems—one woman said she stopped getting her newsletter and she received a page telling her to sign in. Problem is - the sign-in page was the one Patch employees get.
I've contacted the Help Desk, and the folks there are wonderful about getting back to me. I'm just wondering if I'm having unique problems or if others are experiencing this too.
Having same problem in Illinois..has a resolution been found?
