Patch offers a way to customize your news feed.  To customize your newsfeed, just follow these steps:

1. Locate and click the triangle next to "Top Posts From Your Groups", which is set by default.
   
2. You see these choices: 

Your Groups:
All News
Photos & Videos
Events

All Groups:
All News
Photos & Videos
Events

You can choose any of these selections, and you will be able to tell that you've changed the feed correctly when the feed title changes.  For example, from "All News" to "All News From Your Groups."
