As a Patch user, you decide which emails you wish to receive from us and which ones you don't.

Email Settings

To change your email settings, please follow these steps:

1. At top right of any page on Patch, click on “Account” with your profile picture to the left of "Help."
   
2. Then from the drop-down, select "Email Settings."
   
3. In that area, you will have several options for subscribing or unsubscribing to certain email newsletters and updates, such as:
   

• Daily Newsletter
• Comments
• Posts
• Invitation to Groups
• Updates About Groups You Manage
• Group Preferences

Edit Email Updates

To edit your subscriptions/updates, please follow these steps:

1. From the "Email Settings" page, locate the "Daily Newsletter" section.
   
2. Check the boxes next to the newsletters or updates that you want to receive in your inbox.
3. Uncheck the boxes next to the newsletters or updates that you no longer want to receive.
   
4. Then, scroll to the bottom and click on the "Save Changes" button.
   

Subscribe to a Newsletter

There are two ways to subscribe to a newsletter.  First method is as follows:

1. Check the box for "Send me the Daily Newsletter" in the Email Preferences area.
   
2. Then, scroll to the bottom and click on the "Save Changes" button.
   

The second method is as follows:

1. Go to your desired Patch town.
2. Scroll to the bottom left side and click on "Sign up for Newsletter."
