Users can rate a directory group, follow it, and add photos, notes, videos and articles to it. Directory groups can be claimed and actively managed by a local business owner, a leader of a local religious institution or the PR team for a local non-profit. By claiming a directory group users can engage their local community and develop and maintain a discussion about their goods or resources.
